1.  Thanks for supporting the SPCA!!!
2.  Math test- lines, angles, rays, measuring angles, polygon names, (not solids!).  This test is for the whole class. Those that did not do well on the line/ray/angle test may be able to raise their mark if they really study for this test and show that they know their geometry so far!
3.  French Menus- due Monday- students have been given lots of time. I told them not to rely on the computers at school; print out if required and use flyers, magazines for pictures.
4.  Novel Paragraph on plot- due Monday- lots of time in class was given.

Some days to remember:
1.  May 17- Pro- D
2. May 20- Victoria Day
3. May 24- Zone track meet for some students.
4. May 29- District Track meet for some students.
5.  June 14- Fun Day if weather good.
6.  June 27- last day for students!

Special class days(tentative right now)- you will receive a note and field trip form for some of these. There will be a small fee for some.
1.  Friday, May 31- French Food Day- students will sign up to bring a French food or $5.00 so they can all enjoy a French lunch.  Details to come.
2.  Friday, June 21- McGowan Water Park visit/picnic and play- 12:30 to 2:15.
3.  Monday, June 24- Swim at Canada Games Pool. We will need drivers.
